For dentists

What you get from the network

Built around the moments you'd normally handle alone — a hard case, a second-guess, a question only another clinician can answer.

A second opinion, fast

Post a case and get responses from peers who've handled something similar — usually within a day.

A network by specialty

Reach the right specialist directly, instead of guessing who down the hall might know.

Confidential by default

Cases are de-identified before submission. What's shared is the problem, not the patient.

A record worth keeping

Every case and its opinions stay on your profile — a growing reference for cases like it later.

Peer to peer

Built for dentist-to-dentist conversation

There's no algorithm standing between your question and the answer — just a colleague in the right specialty, looking at the same scan you are.

  • Discuss directly on the case, not through a ticket queue
  • See a colleague's specialty and experience before you read their opinion
  • Build a working relationship for the cases that follow

DentGuide is designed for patients seeking an independent dental second opinion and for verified dentists who want to provide professional consultations. Dentists can also use the platform to seek another dentist’s opinion on their own cases.

Yes. Patients can create an account, submit a dental case, upload relevant images or documents, choose from suitable verified dentists, and manage their consultations through their account.

Dentists must complete a professional verification process before they can provide consultations on DentGuide. This includes submitting a valid dental licence or registration and government-issued identification. Additional documentation may be required when a dentist claims a specialty. Applications are reviewed before a Verified Dentist status is granted.

Yes. DentGuide is designed to limit access to patient information to the dentist involved in the consultation and authorized platform personnel when necessary. Before accepting a consultation, dentists only see limited case information. Personal and clinical information is handled according to DentGuide’s privacy and security policies.

No. DentGuide provides access to independent dental opinions based on the information, images, and documents submitted through the platform. It does not replace an in-person examination, diagnosis, or emergency dental care when these are clinically necessary.

Yes. DentGuide can show you suitable verified dentists based on factors such as their area of practice, experience, availability, language, ratings, and consultation fee. You can then choose the dentist you would like to consult rather than having your case automatically assigned.
